ANANDA CD and PAX CD - PERFECT FOR HYPNOTHERAPY! AVAILABLE NOW FROM OUR ONLINE STORE. I have many friends who are hypnotherapists and many of them have told me that they have not found that many CD's that are suitable for live sessions. The music may be too intrusive, nature sounds may hold a negative association for the client/patient or the music may just not be relaxing or soothing.

So with this in mind, I composed relaxation CDs specifically for hypnotherapy and relaxation. As a Reiki Master, I knew that the music had to gently pull the listener to a deeply relaxed state. The music needed to gently decrease in tempo, entraining the body so that breathing and heartbeat slows. While the music had to be soothing and beautiful, I understood that melodies did not need to obtrusively pull the listeners awareness back to the surface.

I also know that each session is different. A hypnotherapist, or even someone who wants to listen to relaxing music, needs the option of different lengths of music.
So I composed the first track in both ANANDA and PAX as one continuous track (53 minutes in Ananda, 49 minutes in PAX). They're designed so that AT ANY TIME you can skip to track two. Track two is approximately 3 minutes and gently increases in tempo, bringing the listener gently back to fully awake. So whether you want to relax for 20 minute or 40, you should be able to use this music.
